On arrival ( due to it being winter ) I was very kindly checked in earlier. To say First impressions last is an understatement. The contact , the greeting on arrival and check in was Top class.
The room and whole place was absolutely spotless, peaceful, and working in tourism myself, can honestly say " Nikos thought of every single detail " There was nothing that was missing or rather every thing was more than fully equipped. I was also alone , the place was very updated with it's security regarding access . Lastly the bed, what can I say .
" I never realised how much I needed such a comfortable bed" 100% amazing experience. I have already recommended to colleagues and cannot wait to come back. Thank you Nikos for a wonderful experience!

It even had a modern lift. The host could not have been nicer or more helpful. We would highly recommend and hope to return when we can.
From the moment you enter the beautifully scented entrance of Anthemis Living and being met by Nikos, you know you have made the perfect choice for a stay in Argostoli. Even the main door closed quietly as did all doors to rooms which for me is a big win. I stayed for 3 nights in a suite and a further 2 nights in a studio ( very big) while travelling around the island for 2 weeks.
Nikos kindly arranged car hire as he’s own cars were not available and gave us invaluable information about places to see. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the kitchen area which included a hob, microwave and coffee maker were immaculate. Breakfast condiments were supplied as well as the usual bathroom supplies.
The balconies with a view over the water was perfect to watch the sun come up over the mountains or for a glass of wine in the evening. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. Nikos has created a beautiful place to spend your time in Argostoli.
Absolutely stunning place with amazing views. Super clean and high quality amenities. Close to city center and plenty of street parking if required.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend for couples and families. This property is truly amazing and I cannot recommend it enough!
My partner and I stayed for a week and agreed it was one of our favorite places we’ve even been (both the property and the island)! Nikos, the owner, is so kind and helpful. He communicated before we arrived, was there to greet us and show us around, and helped with a few things during our stay like lending us a beach umbrella and providing recommendations for the island.
The room we rented was actually an apartment and so clean and updated, had a kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfast a few mornings, and had two balconies. It was very quiet and had lots of parking for our rental car. The property also has laundry and drying racks for your personal balcony which was great since we’d been traveling for a bit.
The view was AMAZING! The location is also great and super close to the biggest town on the island - lots of food and shopping options and plenty of beautiful beaches nearby.

很不錯的樣子 Ideal hotel for Argostoli trip Perfectly located hotel, rooms petite but perfectly arranged. Comfortable bed with good quality linens, beautiful balcony with sun beds and sea view. Breakfast varied and good quality.
Lovely rooftop sunbathing area and jacuzzi. Would highly recommend a stay. I like this property it's good enough, it's right on the water right on the main drag where you go to eat.
However, do not let them put you on the first floor that doesn't have an elevator. The carpet in the entire building really smells disgusting and sometimes the smell comes into your room. The air vent from your bathroom on the first floor rooms, 100-109 faces an alleyway and you can smell cigarette smoke and cat pee waft in.
The bed mattress is excellent, super soft. You really can't beat the price though for around 55 euro in the off season of Oct-Nov. Reasonable hotel Overall a good hotel.
The roof top bar was good, breakfast reasonable. Space and comfort in the room could be improved. The shower was miniscule!
Breakfast was good. Location is good for walking around the town. Soundproofing isnt great, if you are a light sleeper.

리뷰 평점 很美的海景房，沙發床如果再好點就更好了，還有應該有點電磁爐，方便煮東西。但景色和方便性是毋庸置疑的 Aggressive staff. The room was much smaller than the pictures on websites. Lots of stairs, noisy because of main road.
Chair broke in the room when I sat on it, causing me to hit my head & the owner accused me of playing with the chair…….then tried to charge me for it. Location is really good, the apartments look like they are in a empty shopfront from outside, the views are really good but the welcome and reception staff which is a shop under the apartments are poor and not very helpful. Poorly managed.
Would come back to the Marina area as it is a wonderful location but stay somewhere with better management and have more pleasant experience. The Anchor Suite was modern and spacious with a large walk in shower, comfortable bed and balcony overlooking the marina. It faced east so we had morning sunshine then shade.
The staff, located in the travel centre beside the main door, were very friendly and helpful. Parking is limited on the road outside so we learned to time our arrival back in town between 5 and 6. We would definitely come back again.
Lovely views of Agrostoli is the plus point, sold as 4 person but is really just a 3 person apartment, very small bed in 2nd bedroom. Only tap in apt was broken and hanging loose for the whole of our stay, reported it twice, but they just didn't reply when I emailed the office,as the cleaner just shrugged and said didn't know when it would get fixed when I pointed it out to them. Unhelpful,bordering on rude staff.
Office didn't open on time,saw people waiting to check in outside locked office at the morning. Lots of similar apartments that would book other then this Company. Aggressive company demanded an extra €400 Stay was ok until we tried to claim our left luggage.
This was held to ransom for the cost of cleaning and another night stay. A total of €400.00. My daughter had been ill in the night and I was prepared to pay a cleaning bill.
However I was shouted out by 6 staff as well as my wife demanding 400 hundred Euros. I have never been treated so badly or aggressively by a hospitality company in my life. I would not recommend anyone to stay here or trust this company.
If you do stay do not leave any luggage.

This hotel is run by a wonderful family who take the greatest pride in it. We were made very welcome. Everything is spotless.
The gardens are kept beautifully. Fantastic views, good food... What more could you want?
We only had a week and unfortunately everywhere else was closed as it was the end of the season. A short walk away was a lovely little beach and of course we had the pool. Would be happy to go back but maybe the end of September just to have a variety.
Bit of a late review. Wonderful first time stay at Oscar's apartments lassie in gorgeous kefalonia with my bestie. Fabulous setting, great location.
Family run. Owners are lovely, chatty and funny. Apartments are simple but have everything you need and all have an amazing sea view.
Cleaned on a daily basis. Lovely small infinity pool. Friendly, relaxing atmosphere.
We will definatly stay here again. Looking forward to my vegan moussaka yanis 😂 Jo and Sue. Visited Oskars from the 21/09 to 02/10.
The place is spotlessly clean and run by a family of 3 brothers - they are the friendliest people you could meet, as is their mum and dad (he's a character). In a 10 minute walk you can be at Kalamia beach which is beautiful and a further 10 minutes to the Lassi * where there are bars and restaurants. You can also walk into Argostoli with amazing views.
All the rooms have a seaview at Oskars which is stunning. We stayed in a loft apartment and our daughter's had a top floor studio (their views were off the scale). The food in the restaurant is lovely and the pool area is really nice - they play a radio station which plays the best tunes and no annoying DJ talking.
If you don't fancy the walk back of a night a taxi is €8. I would return again in a heartbeat. A gem in kefalonia We absolutely loved our stay.
The brothers who run it are so helpful and friendly, the apartments are perfect. Love that guests leave sun cream, hair spray, toiletries, oskars have a box for other guests to help themselves (all hotels should do this). The restaurant food is stunning I had the best gyros I’ve ever tasted!!
Nice 15 min walk into lassi. We rebooked for next May before we left (loved it so much) thank you for making us so welcome 🤗 We stayed here after visiting the pool and restaurant last year What a great experience The room was spacious clean and tidy with a big fridge and air con The pool area is small but great The staff look after you and are always on hand to tend your every need The food is outstanding We can’t wait to go back next year

Overall it’s good but could do with updating, things like very small shower, very old tv (not capable of logging into Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.), air conditioning automatically cycles between on/off every 5 minutes and it’s a little noisy due to location (but tolerable), also, they have a pool but it’s only for “spa treatments" which finish at 6pm but guests still not allowed to use it! The property has a great location. Close to airport and within walking distance to water.
The staff is friendly. Many activities in the area. Helpful staff.
Weird groundfloor room that felt like we were in a basement. Had to get a hairdryer from reception and the blind in the bathroom broke the first time we tried to use it. We had to fix the plug in the wash basin before we could use it Rooms are smaller than they look, perfect location near the square.
